A FACTORY in Kampung Permatang Tok Suboh in Bukit Minyak, Penang, which is alleged to be emitting foul gas, has complied with all the requirements imposed by the authorities.
A factory spokesman said investigations were carried out at the factory by the Department of Environment, Department of Occupational Safety and Health and the Seberang Prai Municipal Council over the past six months, following a complaint.
