PERAK Corporation Bhd (PCB) is now the majority shareholder in Animation Theme Park Sdn Bhd (ATP).
A PCB spokesman said it now owns a 51% shareholding in ATP through its wholly owned subsidiary PCB Development Sdn Bhd with its partner RSG MAPS Sdn Bhd having relinquished the majority shareholding position effective April 8.
