THE Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA) has announced its 23 newly-elected council members for the 2016 to 2018 term.
Leading the new council is Datuk Garry KS Chua who takes over from Datuk Liaw Choon Liang. Chua is the founder and managing director of Rotol Group.
