MOTORCYCLISTS were delighted when they got to exchange their old helmets with new ones at Tesco Tanjung Pinang during a campaign by the Penang Road Safety Council (MKJR).
The ‘Jom Pakai Helmet’ (Let’s Wear Helmet) campaign saw 260 helmets being distributed to shoppers who came on their motorcycles to the hypermarket in Tanjung Tokong.
