SIBU: State Reform Party (STAR) which is neither Barisan nor Pakatan friendly will be contesting in 30 seats at the coming state election.
Speaking at a press conference after the unveiling of its theme colour purple on Tuesday, its new president Lina Soo said though they were financially weak with just RM1,300 in their bank account, they would still contest that number of seats.
