EAGERLY anticipated Japanese fine dining restaurants Taka By Sushi Saito and Ginza Tenkuni opened at the St Regis Kuala Lumpur on April 1.
The grand opening was marked by a traditional sake barrel breaking ceremony attended by stakeholders Tan Sri Chua Ma Yu of CMY Capital Group, developer of St Regis, three Michelin-starred sushi chef Takashi Saito and Motohiro Tsuyuki, president of tempura specialist Ginza Tenkuni.
