Be super-strict with service delivery

There is a need for the government authorities to be strict with delivery service of vital public projects such as this abandoned school-construction project in interior northern Sarawak. — Stephen Then/ The Star

MIRI: During the past few months of travelling into various parts of interior northern Sarawak, I came across various big infrastructure projects that had been delayed or abandoned during its construction stage.

These are vital projects and they included public amenities such as schools, roads, health facilities and telecommunication projects that were meant to benefit the big population of people living in the interior regions.
