THE newly completed RM337mil Bayan Lepas Expressway (BLE) in Penang will ensure a smoother ride for motorists commuting between Batu Maung and Sungai Nibong with its improved road infrastructure.
Works Minister Datuk Fadillah Yusof said the 3.2km-long dual carriageway elevated structure would reduce traffic congestion connecting motorists from Batu Maung to Sungai Nibong.
