PARENTS and their children had a ball of a time dancing to the ‘Macarena’ (a Spanish dance number) during the Penang Down Syndrome Association’s (PDSA) World Down Syndrome Day celebration.

Siti Marina Frohlich, 36, who initiated the dance number and invited the crowd to join in, could not contain her excitement.
