KUCHING: Sarawak is seeking practical solutions from all sectors, including NGOs, to resolve the labour issues in its oil palm industry.

State Land Development Minister Tan Sri James Masing said oil palm plantations were short of 30,000 to 35,000 workers, especially in harvesting fresh fruit bunches (FFBs).
