Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) hosted a group of university students from Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Japan on a study visit to Kota Damansara Seksyen 8’s PPR flats.
The visit was facilitated by Utar assistant professor Jeffrey Phang, who has also been involved with PPR Kota Damansara through the Friends of Kota Damansara (FOKD) non-governmental organisation.
