KOTA KINABALU: Sabah native and local leaders have responded positively to the call by the state Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to set up a task force to re-screen and regularise Native Certificates (NC).
However, they have expressed doubts over whether any suggestion to reissue NCs, especially those after 1982 (as the issuance of the certificates was stopped from that year) in Sabah was viable.
