THE Klang Municipal Council is in the process of compiling a dossier on the illegal businesses operated by foreigners around the former bus terminal site in North Klang.
The council’s building and licensing department had been given a month to come up with a complete dossier containing photographs of the premises and the total number of businesses operated by foreigners in the area.
