UNTIL today, the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) has not issued any summonses to restaurant owners who have not complied with the new ruling as implementation is still in its early stages.
MPS licensing director Affendei Samingan said restaurant owners need to familiarise themselves with the ruling as spot checks will be done regularly.
