UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) President Prof Datuk Dr Chuah Hean Teik and Council Member Datuk Dr Hou Kok Chung have been awarded the Second Class Professional Education Medal by the Taiwanese Government.
Together with Federation of Alumni Association of Taiwan Universities former president Yao Teck Kong, they were the only Malaysians to receive the medals from Taiwan’s Education Ministry.
