GEORGE TOWN: Some 100 visitors were left feeling deflated after their hot air balloon rides were grounded due to strong winds in the morning.
Among the disappointed visitors were A. Nandakumar, 54, and his two children who made it a point to arrive early from Kepala Batas for the joyride.
