UNDER a blazing Saturday morning, friendly faces paid the PJ Old Town market a visit, distributing complimentary mandarin oranges to local folks.
About 150 boxes of mandarin oranges were distributed to Petaling Jaya residents, with the aim of spreading the joy of Chinese New Year.
