THE iconic Kek Lok Si Temple in Air Itam, Penang, has been transformed into a ‘fairyland of lights’ in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations.

Temple Trustee Datuk Steven Ooi said the 33.67m-tall Kuan Yin statue and pavilion, together with the lower temple and pagoda would be lighted up from tomorrow until Feb 22.
