THE Penang government has spent nearly RM1mil to replace new water tanks and lifts at the three low-cost flats (Block 21, 23 and 25) of Taman Seri Damai in Batu Lanchang.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state had paid 80% of the cost while the balance 20% came from the residents and Batu Lanchang assemblyman Danny Law Heng Kiang’s constituency funds.
