A MOTORCYCLIST checked two different webpages of the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) website and was surprised to find that one webpage showed that he had a compound to settle, while the other stated that there was no record.
Penang MCA Youth Public Service and Complaints Bureau chief Ooi Teik Liang said the motorcyclist had recently keyed in his motorcycle registration number at http://www.mbpp.gov.my/web/guest/semaksaman and found that he had no compounds issued.
