THE Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) delivered gifts to the doorstep of 250 poor people staying at the Rifle Range flats in Air Itam.

With Chinese New Year just around the corner, the recipients each received a box of necessities and food stuff from PCCC’s Youth Entrepreneur Section to mark the celebration.
