IT’S going to be business as usual for lion and dragon dance troupes this Chinese New Year despite a poor economy.

Perak Chee Fee Tai-Chi Choy Lee Fat Association chairman Chan Kaim Sam said people, especially businessmen, were all the more eager to engage the services of the troupes to help bring in more prosperity in the Year of the Monkey. “Many of our regular supporters, as well as new customers, have already confirmed their time slots. In fact, we are almost fully booked,” said Chan.
