MIRI: Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) president Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing has expressed concern that abuse of firearms in Sarawak will reach an alarming level as weapons continue to make their way into the streets.

Tiong, who is Bintulu MP, said it was no secret that guns were easily available in this state because it could be smuggled from a neighbouring country due to the porous border.
