NINE developers will showcase some RM16.8bil worth of properties at the Star Property Fair at Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar from today to Sunday.
The developers exhibiting the properties are Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd (RM800mil Gross Development Value (GDV)), Aroma Develop-ment Sdn Bhd (RM500mil GDV), OSK Properties Sdn Bhd (RM198mil GDV), Kelana Semenanjung (M) Sdn Bhd (RM33.5mil GDV), Mah Sing Group Bhd (14bil GDV), Tropicana Corp Bhd (RM320mil GDV), Macly Equity Sdn Bhd, IJM Land Bhd and its subsidiary Jelutong Development Sdn Bhd (RM1bil GDV).
