DEVELOPMENT of Human Resources in Rural Areas (DHRRA), a non-governmental organisation (NGO) involved in community development projects since 2003, has initiated another programme to reach out to the grassroots.
The programme, Reengineering Indian Community, is to gather information, ideas, thoughts and suggestions from the community.
