Syndicate bolts after muddy water floods area near Templer’s Park waterfall

The council believes that the soil thieves left in a hurry after heavy rain caused muddy water to flood Persiaran Bukit Takun.

SOIL theft may have stopped at the top of the hill near Hutan Lipur Kanching waterfall in Templer’s Park but the damage had already been done.

Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) special task force chief C. Paramasivam visited the site with an enforcement team on Monday but the syndicate was no longer operating there.
