Two boys believed to be stung by jellyfish at Tanjung Aru beach


KOTA KINABALU: A boy had to be referred to the Queen Elizabeth 1 Hospital while his friend was treated by beach attendants after they were believed to be stung by jellyfish while swimming at Tanjung Aru beach, .

Sabah Civil Defence Department director, Col Mulliadi Al-Hamdi Ladin said in the 5.30pm incident, Herdoline Mijan, 12, was sent to hospital to be treated for stings on the face while Andley Edward, nine, who was stung on the leg was treated at the beach attendants’ tower.
