Residents in the dark about development in Jalan Kapas

Residents along Jalan Kapas in Bangsar have concerns that the project in the area is being carried out without proper guidance or prior notification to residents in the neighbourhood as land clearing has begun without any notification.

Residents of Jalan Kapas are unhappy that Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) had given approval for another development in the area.

Construction work in Bukit Bandaraya was originally approved for the period between 2010 and 2012 and confined to Lot 40419, as shown on the notification board near the site.
