AT the break of dawn every day, poultry seller Akmal Mohd Yusof would tirelessly fill gallons of water into a huge makeshift water pail from the Farlim market complex washroom in Bandar Baru Air Itam, Penang, before opening for business.
“It has been like this for two months now. It is tiring but all of us have to do it,” he said.
