AN UNMAINTAINED retention pond in Jalan SS4C/1, Kelana Jaya, has been causing misery for nearby residents as muddy water spills over into their houses whenever there is a downpour.
About 30 houses located in Jalan SS4D/10 are affected and the water can be knee-deep on bad days.
