POLICE volunteer sergeant Oon Beow Chong, 43, may be down but he is certainly not out.
Sjn Oon is currently warded at the Penang Hospital with broken hands and a broken left leg after he was rammed by a Mat Rempit fleeing from a roadblock along the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway on New Years Day.
