GEORGE TOWN: A security guard foiled an attempted break-in at the condominium unit of former chief minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon in Pulau Tikus.
The burglar fled the scene upon seeing the guard outside the ground floor unit of the three-storey gated condominium block.
