JOHOR BARU: The Immigration Department has denied claims that the installation of a new system had caused massive traffic jams at the Causeway, extending more than 3km from the Johor Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex.

Johor Immigration Department director Rohaizi Bahari confirmed that both Malaysia and Singapore immigration authorities have not made any changes to its systems recently.
