KOTA TINGGI: Marine police detained a total of 21 illegal Indonesian immigrants, including three women, as they tried to sneak out of the country during a raid near Punggai waters here.
Marine police Southern Region II commander Asst Comm Paul Kiu Khon Chiang said they received a tip-off that a group of illegal foreigners would attempt to leave the country illegally through the area.
