Justice Datuk Mohd Sofian Abdul Razak sentenced Seeni Mohamed Syed Naina, 27, to 15 years’ imprisonment and 10 strokes of the rotan after amending the charge from 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act to Section 12(2) for possession.
According to the facts of the case, Seeni was found trafficking 1.3kg of methamphetamine at the Senai International Airport at 3.45pm on Oct 21, 2013.
