GREAT Heart Charity Association invited nine young boys from Rumah SVP Children’s Home to the Great Heart Community Centre (GHCC) for a personal coach-guided Step-by-Step Bodybuilding workout session specially tailored for them.
The two-hour session got them exercising, learning and enjoying themselves.
