DESPITE completing his PhD degree three years ago, Dr Chan Kar Weng did not rest on his laurels but instead continued to strive for more academic achievements.
The 35-year-old forensic chemist, who works in Petaling Jaya, pursued his second Master’s degree at Wawasan Open University (WOU) a month after he passed his PhD viva voce at Universiti Malaya.
