FOUR-year-old Joshua Thian is a happy child, oblivious to the fact that he will be undergoing heart correction surgery.
Joshua suffers from a congenital heart defect condition known as Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and will undergo the surgery at Gleneagles Medical Centre in Penang today.
