SIBU: DAP Pelawan assemblyman David Wong has filed a motion for the December State Legislative Assembly sitting, supporting and defending the Chief Minister on the use of English as the official language of the state.
In a press statement, Wong said he hoped the speaker of the legislative house would not reject this motion as the people of Sarawak needed the assurance that the highest law making body of Sarawak would safeguard their rights.
