IN AN effort to improve urban services, Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) is allowing contractors, developers as well as the public to rent their very own roll-on roll-off (RORO) bins to dump construction waste.
Shah Alam mayor Datuk Ahmad Zahirin Mohd Saad said this was to prevent illegal dumping of construction waste on the roadside.
