NUSAJAYA: An additional RM100mil allocation from the Federal Government should see the RM7.13bil Gemas-Johor Baru electrified double-tracking railway project up and running by 2021.
Johor Public Works, Rural and Regional Development Committee chairman Datuk Hasni Mohammad said the allocation was announced under the 11th Malaysia Plan in Budget 2016.
