THE Federal Territories Minister is adamant to ensure that only Malaysians run hawker and trader stalls in Kuala Lumpur.

Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said the strict rule set by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) should be followed.
