Motorists see red over council’s tough action on unpaid traffic summonses

MOTORISTS are seeing red over the Shah Alam City Council’s (MBSA) move to tow away vehicles whose owners have not settled more than 10 outstanding traffic summonses.

Eight cars have been towed since the operations began this month and the council said the exercise would be continued indefinitely.
