KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd is holding roadshows this weekend to showcase leasing opportunities for its Street Mall @ Bintulu Paragon project.
The two-day roadshows are being held at the Sibu Civic Centre and Naim’s Bintulu sales gallery.
Naim’s senior general manager for asset management Tony Lau said exciting opportunities awaited those interested to operate a business within the Street Mall.
“With Bintulu being the epicentre of the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE), it has become a boom town and it’s time for investors and business owners to ride this wave,” he said.
Lau said the Street Mall featured various key attributes which would boost retail potential.
“Our Street Mall is located within Bintulu Paragon, the largest integrated development in Bintulu which is sited in the heart of the town.
“As such, it enjoys prime location with great accessibility,” he said.
He added that the Street Mall was an appealing option for business owners due to its secure business environment and concept.
“Besides being the longest and largest street mall in Sarawak with over 1,500 car park bays and 24-hour security, it is also entirely shaded.
“It has a chic design with trendy retail lots centred around an alfresco piazza landscaped with a musical fountain, providing a comfortable yet modern retail experience for all,” he explained.
Each unit is 24 feet wide, larger than a normal shophouse unit in Sarawak, and enjoys high visibility as there is a comprehensive network of bridges and escalators.
The units are suitable for a wide range of businesses, from food and beverage to healthcare centres and more.
