KUANTAN: Debate in the Pahang state assembly was light-hearted when assemblymen brought up the issue of cashless tolls in between debates on the Budget and flood preparation.
"Kalau kerajaan tak jawab, rakyat akan lompat, soalan saya nombor empat," said assemblyman Sim Chon Siang (PKR - Teruntum), and his rhyming delivery drew laughter from the state assembly.
