Teenagers show off culinary skills


Judges accessing participants on their preparation method and the type of dish that they cooking. The criteria for judging include taste, culinary skills, creativity, and the use of Maggi or Nestl products.

THEY had only 60 minutes to complete three dishes, and 15-year-olds Nur Aisyah Samuri, Fatin Nur Aina Razaman and Mashitah Salimin of SMK Benut, Johor not only finished on time, but their dishes won over the judges’ taste buds to eventually emerge champions at the grand finale of the Maggi Secondary School Cooking Competition (MSSCC) 2015.

The trio’s winning dishes were Laksa Johor Seri Pinang Maggi, Botok-botok Tenggiri Puncak Mahkota Maggi and Acar Timun Puteri Maggi which also came with the beverage Air Kathira Kasih Nestlé.
