MIRI: Unfriendly and unhelpful civil servants in urban centres are multiplying the hardships of rural folk who have to spend a lot of money to travel long distances just to reach these government departments to conduct official businesses.
Rural folk have complained that they have to make repeated trips just to get documents sorted out with some of the departments because the civil servants at the counter are slow and unhelpful.
