ALL roads in Petaling Jaya may soon be resurfaced using the mill-and-pave method next year, to ensure quality and to keep streets on the same level and thickness as before.
This decision came after StarMetro’s report on the shoddy resurfacing work done, where some roads ended up higher than the sidewalk.
