GONE are the days when gas deliveryman Rozhan Sulaiman has to stay put at his century-old home with collapsing floorboards and brittle wooden walls in Kampung Belah Dua, Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Thanks to the state government, the 50-year-old is now the proud owner of a newly rebuilt single-storey home laid with cement flooring and cement walls at a cost of RM40,000. It also comes with three rooms.
