Landowners risk land seizure if illegal dumping continues

THE Selangor government will not tolerate illegal dumpsites and has taken stern action against both operators and landowners.

Local Government, New Village Development and Legalising of Factories committee chairman Ean Yong Hian Wah said the state had issued notices to four land owners in Kampung Sungai Pusu, Kampung Tengah Tambahan, Kampung Batu 8 Gombak and Sri Gombak Phase 8 – where illegal dumping were being carried out.
